Plezy is an Android client for media servers. It lets you open your Plex, Jellyfin and Emby libraries in one app, on phones, tablets, TVs and other supported devices. It is available on Google Play as a paid app.
What the app does
Plezy connects to Plex, Jellyfin and Emby servers. You can link more than one server at the same time and search across all of them from a single place.
The app covers video and music libraries, collections, playlists and folders. It also shows recommendation rows drawn from several outside services, such as Trakt, MyAnimeList, AniList, Simkl and Seerr.
Playback and subtitles
Plezy supports a wide range of video codecs, including HEVC, AV1 and VP9. The developer states that HDR and Dolby Vision playback works on supported devices.
Subtitle options include full ASS and SSA support, styling controls and online subtitle search. Playback controls include chapter navigation, thumbnail scrubbing, playback speed and a sleep timer.
Music and offline use
The music side of the app lets you browse artists, albums and tracks, with gapless playback and a queue you can reorder. Lyrics can be shown in sync with the song, and playback keeps running with the screen off.
You can download movies, shows, albums and tracks, then browse them without a connection. The developer says watch state syncs again when you reconnect.
