ParkMobile: Park. Pay. Go.

ParkMobile is a free parking app for drivers that covers street meters, parking garages, airports, event venues and university campuses. It also offers reservations and tools for businesses that manage parking for fleets or staff.

What the app does

ParkMobile brings parking payments and reservations into one place. You can pay for a space on the street, reserve a spot in advance, or pay for parking in a garage without using a meter or kiosk.

The app works in more than 700 cities across the United States and Canada. Coverage includes many large cities, and the app also lists parking at a range of major sports arenas and stadiums for games, concerts and other live events.

The developer reports more than 66 million registered users across North America.

Parking at events and venues

If you plan to attend a game or show, you can book a spot near the venue before you leave home. The developer lists major arenas and stadiums for professional football, basketball, hockey, baseball and soccer, along with concerts and other live events.

Reserving ahead can help you know where you will park before you arrive at a busy event.

Express pay and automatic parking

Express pay is an optional feature. After you turn it on in the app, location cameras at supported lots detect your vehicle as it enters and leaves. The app then starts and stops your parking session for you.

This option may suit drivers who park often in the same places and want to skip paying at a machine. Check the app for where express pay is available.

Business and fleet parking

ParkMobile includes tools for companies that pay for parking for staff or vehicles. An admin dashboard lets a manager oversee fleet and employee parking in one place.

Accounts can hold several vehicles and drivers. Payments can go through a business credit card or the ParkMobile Wallet. Work parking can be kept separate from personal parking.

The app also includes a Find My Car feature that gives directions back to your vehicle, and it supports guest checkout for people who do not want to create an account.
